From Nottingham – Expect to pay £45-55 for a 30 minute one-way trip.
From Retford- Expect to pay £30-40 for a 20 minute one-way trip.
From Lincoln – Expect to pay £60-70 for a 40 minute one-way trip.
From Mansfield or Shirebrook – Expect to pay £22-35 for a 15 – 20 minute one-way trip.

If you plan to walk from Edwinstowe to Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre: The area is mostly flat, but there is only one path alongside the main route to the forest Swincote Road – please use caution. But, do visit the wonderful St Marys Church along the way!

Bus 15A, SA, 14, 15, 305: These buses have routes that pass near the Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre2.
Directions:
From Nottingham: Take the Sherwood Arrow bus from Victoria Bus Station. The direct journey takes approximately one hour1.
From Worksop and Retford: Take the Sherwood Arrow to Ollerton, then change for the Nottingham Arrow to Edwinstowe. Some buses may not stop directly at the Visitor Centre, so you might need to get off in Edwinstowe and walk about 5-10 minutes.
