Applications for 2025 is now open.

Greetings, esteemed traders, caterers, reenactors, and entertainers! The Gathering of the North Medieval Festival extends a gracious summons for your participation in our grand revelry. To partake in this mirthful occasion, kindly complete the application form henceforth.

Traders and caterers shall be subject to a modest fee of £150 for three days of trading. However, should you be inclined to both demonstrate and trade, a reduced fee awaits thee. For all accepted participants, a plethora of benefits await. Access to necessary facilities during the event, reduced prices on food and beverages when adorned in proper medieval garb, and entertainment post the public closure of the site.

The application deadline stands firm at the 10th of February, in the year 2025. Fees, once accepted and paid, are non-refundable. Traders must diligently adhere to all event rules and regulations.
